Captain Henry Chaney
{ Capt. Hank} USCG licensed 50 ton master,
U.S. Merchant Mariner (USMM)
I am currently operating in the Northern Neck of Virginia off the Potomac river, and Chesapeake Bay. I will travel,  where my services are needed or required for the job you need completed.

A Graduate of the Nautical School OUPV and 100 ton Masters Courses.
Current with my Home Land Security (TWIC) for all port access.
A Member of the National Association of Charter Boat Operators,
Chesapeake Area Professional Captains Association.
I hold a Commercial Class A Licenses 80,000 lbs with tanker endorsement.
Certified Scuba Diver thru PADI & NAUI, Commercial diving for boat inwater evaluations and repairs, or if you just need the bottom cleaned. I have dive time in the Mediterranean sea, Red sea Gulf of Aquaba, East coast US, & Gulf of Mexico. Open water II, Ice, Equipment, Deep, Under Water Photography, Wreck Diving trained, salvage and recovery. 

 I have owned and operated many boats of different sizes for over 20 years.
My sea time has been recorded for the last 25 years serving on, or mastering vessels of various sizes as small as a 18' run about to being on board the USS Kearasage as a visiting captain working with the navigation section. Primarily I serve as a transport captain working with private yachts and there owners to provide the highest level of service and care for there vessels.  
I am very well versed and able to use all modern electronics used for navigation, but I am a master of manual navigation. While many owners want to enjoy there vessels by employing my services, I do offer instructions bringing more skill and confidence to these same owners.

U.S. Army, Honorably discharged, trained and served as a fire fighter, combat medic, & practical nurse.  I have served in the middle east and in south east asia.
A Life Member of the VFW, member of the America Legion.  
AHA cpr and first aid trained. I have an extensive medical back ground, working in many different areas, from field medical coverage, cancer research, Anesthesia as a tech in a open heart surgical program.  Emergency situations are managed and contained providing the best service to our guest and client's if they should arise.
